Fortunately, most complaints and claims can be resolved in a relatively simple way.

However, sometimes disagreements arise between supplier and customer. As the (financial) consequences of the claim increase, finding a solution often becomes more difficult. This may be because the customer believes that a product does not meet the agreed quality requirements or that abnormal damage has occurred during shipment. It may also be that finding a solution proves difficult due to cultural and language differences or distance between supplier and customer.

We are based in the Netherlands. If you are located outside the EU, it may very well be that it will take a lot of time for you to go and evaluate the claim on site. let us take care of this for you. You can expect us to take on a neutral role and that all information is treated confidentially.
