Most commercial disputes can be easily resolved, but as financial stakes or logistical complexity increase, finding a solution becomes increasingly difficult. Differences in quality expectations, shipping damage, or even language and cultural barriers can get in the way.

I act as a neutral, expert mediator to bridge the gap between supplier and customer and thus arrive at a solution that both parties can agree on.
